Sea feelings
Hello!!!
The heat is already sticking out in the Avellana fields… so some days ago our minis started the swimming season in our pond… and the most mini of all has decided that socks are not made for her but for everybody else! 🙂
I definetly need some degrees more to swim in that ice cube called pond… and of course I’m still wearing socks! lol!
The other day, during the Trapezi, the circus fair of Reus, I meet this lovely couple, whose wedding I want you to talk about for a long time ago… so here you are: the navy wedding of Fátima and Xusep.
This handsome couples loved the sea, fishing and air saline so again we brought the beach and the sea to the mountains. The ceremony was presided over by our boat which we «transformed» with a thousand of little details and we put a bench for the couple.
The result was really fun… and a few days before we tried this Massimo’s invention with the couple and a lot of laughs.
There were fishing nets and coral everywhere … Even Fatima wore a starfish in her headpiece and in her bouquet. What a crack is our «Flori» Javier!
For the sitting plan we simulate a fishing net with painted wood fishes and many hooks and sardines. We really wanted to go fishing… 😉 and Xusep’s friends were delighted with that fishing sitting.
Another symbol we used for decoration and for graphics were the lighthouses. Both Fatima and Xusep wear tattoos with a lighthouse as a protagonist, and with two very special «visions», so it seemed a lovely idea! All graphics had a retro lighthouse and turquoise sailor stripes.
The decor of the dining room was cheerful, with many stripes and marine elements. Moreover, we commissioned Fatima, who has a clothing brand that she personalizes (Yemanjà Clothes) to sew the tablecloth for the tables and beautiful envelopes for the cutlery and she also had time to sew gift bags! Everything was great! There is nothing like being a handywoman!
During the dance Zapping Trio group played, and guests did their best. Late at night it fell a big downpour, but do not think that people went running, no… completely the opposite! Everybody was dancing rain-soaked. For sure, that was a great moment to remember.
So that’s all, I leave you with this summer vibes and wanting to go for a walk on the beach…that will be hopefully on sunday, because now we are preparing the wedding of this weekend. ¡yeah!
