Lito and Lola’s wedding

Hello family!
How are you? We are still recovering last week’s wedding, the second to last of the season, because in a few weeks we’re having a winter wedding which will be the last one of the Avellana wedding season. Meanwhile, a few days of R&R will do us good. 😉 Time has flown by and we’ve barely had time to get to the blog. I’ve already said it once… I need a few more hours in the day… and a few more days in the week 😀 .

Time flies so quickly that October is ending, and we’ve celebrated Oktoberfest (it was great, and shortly we’ll tell you about it), and without even realizing, it’s been two years since the beautiful wedding I’m going to tell you about today, a wedding that we affectionately remember, Lito and Lola or in other words, Mireia and Dani’s wedding (They’ve already added a little princess to their family of two! Yeah!). It was a very special wedding, very sweet and romantic.

Mireia, the creator of her own brand of lovely accessories Lito&Lola, already knew exactly what she wanted her wedding to be like, and through meetings, phone calls, emails and a lot of brainstorming, we the crazy Avellana people were able to materialize her dream wedding.

The ceremony took place in the Rincón de la Virgen, where our dear florists from 5 Floristería created a beautiful frame made of branches with loads of flowers, and Mireia also made the initials of their names with artificial flowers; which went really well the wonderful crowns of flowers which she makes for brides and guests at her brand of accessories from Barcelona L&L. For the sitting we put a jewellery box together, to honor the couple’s vocation. We hung expositions of original necklaces from Mireia’s shop with the tables and names of the guests.

The dinner was held in the space next to the house and the tables were decorated with floral motifs and a rustic touch with bits of wood and table runners made of lace.

There was also a special Lito y Lola corner in the form of a photocall, that way the guests take some fun pictures on our canopy bed.

For the dance, because of their love for The Beatles they had a cover band called The Early Beatles. It was a wonderful surprise for all of the guests! Nobody could resit the urge to dance and dance for hours.

And that’s how another beautiful wedding that we’ll always remember ended. It was also published in the magazine Telva (you can read it here).
